Our Freisa was created with the idea to bring back the importance of a forgotten grape varietal, in its best representation. A dark and brooding beast worthy of long aging in dim and damp cellars. While this wine holds a strong personality for us it’s lighter side will be best brought out by a burger loaded with flavor.
